Destiny is an impressive bartender and server! I sat at the bar for about 45 minutes, and I don’t think there was a single second where she was not either preparing a drink or taking an order. She truly helps make this Chili’s location one of the best I have ever visited, and definitely deserves a raise! (I apologize if I am misspelling your name.) In general, all of the staff seemed very positive, and the food was very good. The service was excellent both times I visited during a two-week work trip here. I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

Went in not knowing what kind of food I would be able to eat as a vegan. They had bottomless chips and salsa and a veggie bean burger.i asked for no cheese and no SantaFe sauce. I added the sweet chili sauce that they use for dips. It was delicious. Portion size of fries was perfect. My son had the mozzarella sticks in Nashville hot sauce. The cheese to batter ratio was good but he felt the outside was a bit overdone. Service was great. Our drinks were always full and she was attentive to our needs.

I had Ana amazing dinner here with my friend! We ordered the triple dippers and the chipotle honey chicken sandwich and they were delicious! Our server Roy was amazing and so attentive. He truly made our experience phenomenal. Thank you Roy!

Brought my kids here and they loved it, my daughter was satisfied knowing she could do the cheese pull with the mozzarella bites. She said mom it’s my new favorite place especially because the dr.pepper refills kept coming with no questions asked. I needed to unwind me their Long Island was what I needed after a long day of work.

Have a great time, was hungry food was fast and good i got a pasta my husband got and hamburger and he's burger was juicy delicious yummy and im not a burger person my pasta was good too and the server she was great she was always on top asking how was it if we need something. All the won't mind about the price it was worth it, because was a good time with my husband and daughter.

The customer service is top notch here. Waiters and staff are very welcoming, friendly, kind, focused, and most importantly they make you feel right at home. You can see the good work all around the atmosphere. Our waiter Roy made us feel comfortable. Always checked up on us to see how we were doing. Staff made sure our drinks were always filled. Food was very delicious and we didn’t not have to wait long. Out of all the dine in restaurants I have ever been to, This Chili’s has the best customer service experience I’ve ever experienced here in Vegas, period! This is what makes my family of 15 come here consistently for the last 2 years.

Well Chili's on Craig road is finally open. There are many items to choose from. I decided to pick for dinner the pick 3 item. Depending on what you choose will depend on the price I picked the burger. The old timer. I didn't take pictures of all the items chips and salsa, and I had an iced tea mango. I do feel the iced teas should be flavored with actual brewing, instead of just flavoring it with syrup or have an option of sugar-free flavoring... But I still tried the mango it was pretty good, I probably won't get it again since its has sugar. But the tea was good. And the burger was well made. They only asked whether you want pink or no pink they don't actually asked you how you want it cooked like medium or medium well,. For the most part customer service was very good. And 10.99 was price well, for three items. I only took pictures of the hamburger. But I will be back, and I will share those items. Give it a try they have many options to choose from and I do recommend.
